Big Fresno Bit

Big Fresno Bit
This custom bit took approximately 120 hours to build. It has 8 ¼” cheeks and a 3/8” open spoon mouth piece with 12 pieces of inlaid copper and brass and a 3 ½” port. There are 10 engraved silver buttons, 2 engraved brass buttons, one flowed brass j-box end, and 72 pieces of brass and silver inlaid into each cheek. Additionally the bit has 7 brass rivets on each bridle loop, 10 pieces of brass and silver inlaid into each stirrup rein-end, 2 brass chains and copper wrapped braces.

Little Fresno Bit

Little Fresno Bit (Silver with Brass)

The Little Fresno bit has 7” cheeks with 9 brass rivets, 2 engraved brass buttons, and 3 flowed and engraved brass pieces per side. There are 86 pieces of inlaid brass per cheek edge. Each stirrup rein-end has 10 pieces of inlaid brass and each j-box-end has 1 piece of engraved brass. The Little Fresno bit comes with a Barquino mouth piece, 2 ¾” port, 1 steel cricket and copper-wrapped braces. It is complete with a solid brass chain.
